Last reviewed 1 September 2026. This is a demonstration site, so the short version is that nothing at all is collected.
Demonstration site. Blueprint Mechanical is not a real company. The forms on this site do not submit anywhere, no analytics run, and no cookies are set. The policy below describes what a real version of this business would do.
What would be collected
On a live site, the proposal and contact forms would collect the information you type into them: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the building address, and the description of the work. Nothing else, and no fields would be pre-filled from anywhere.
Why
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of the work if you go ahead with it. Enquiry records would be kept for two years and project records for the duration of the warranty plus seven years, which is what the tax position and the statutory limitation period require.
What would not happen
- Your details would not be sold, rented, or shared with any marketing organisation.
- You would not be added to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. A mailing list would require you to ask for one.
- There would be no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party session recording.
Who would see it
Our estimating and service staff, our email provider, and if the work proceeds, any subcontractor who needs the site address to do their part of the job. That is the whole list.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. A live version would use, at most, a first-party analytics tool configured without cookies and without cross-site identifiers.
Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may request access to the personal data a business holds about them, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal data or of targeted advertising. We would not sell data or run targeted advertising, so the third right would have nothing to attach to, but the first two would be honoured within 45 days of a verified request.
Security
Form submissions would be transmitted over TLS. Access to enquiry and project records would be limited to staff who need it, on accounts with multi-factor authentication.
Children
This site is not directed at children and would not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
Any material change would be reflected here with a new review date at the top of the page.
Contact
On a live site, privacy questions would go to [email protected] or to 4820 Fox Street, Unit 12, Denver, CO 80216. Both are placeholders on this demonstration site and reach nobody.
