Nine service lines with reference designations. Each has a written scope, a typical programme, and a list of what you hold at handover. The codes are the same ones we use on drawings and proposals.
How to read this
Every service carries a reference code, from MECH-01 to MECH-09. It appears on the service page, in the footer schedule, on the proposal form, and on the drawings we issue. If you quote a code back to us, we know exactly what you mean.
Single-contract mechanical design-build. We run the load calculation, select the equipment against it, design the distribution, fabricate, install, and commission the result.
Condensing boiler plant, hydronic distribution and radiant floor. Designed around return water temperature, because a condensing boiler that never condenses is an expensive non-condensing boiler.
Duct design and fabrication to SMACNA and ACCA Manual D. We design to a stated friction rate, fabricate in our own shop, seal to the leakage class we specified, and test it.
Preventive maintenance on a written schedule with recorded readings, so equipment condition is a trend line rather than an opinion. Priority response and after-hours coverage for agreement holders.
Packaged rooftop unit replacement and new installation, from 3 to 50 tons. Curb adaptation, structural check, economizer setup, IEER-driven selection and gas train commissioning.
Typical programme
3 to 10 weeks from order, 1 to 2 days per unit on site
Variable refrigerant flow design and installation, including heat recovery. Line set sizing, refrigerant concentration limits, branch controller placement and the controls integration that makes VRF worth the money.
BAS and BMS work on BACnet MS/TP and BACnet/IP. Sequences of operation written in plain language first, then programmed, then verified point by point against the written sequence.
Commercial mechanical contracting across offices, light industrial, multifamily and tenant fit-out, from a single rooftop changeout to a full plant replacement.
Typical programme
Varies by project. Emergency response within 4 hours for agreement holders.
Residential heating, cooling and ventilation. Every system starts with a room-by-room Manual J, because the house you have is not the house the rule of thumb assumes.
Our shop on Fox Street runs a coil line and a plasma table. That is not a boast about equipment, it is the reason the transition on the drawing is the transition that arrives on site, rather than a stock fitting plus improvisation at height.
It also means we can build a curb adapter for a specific unit on a specific curb in days, which is what makes single-weekend rooftop changeouts possible.
Send us the building, the equipment and the complaint. You get a written response with the load we would run, what we would measure first, and a range before anyone visits.
Specify the finishes and the sheet repaints: the bento tiles, the axonometric hero, every projected drawing, the folder hinges, the lens, the roadmap and the rating cube. A seed lends its hue and its chroma. It never lends its lightness, so the paper stays paper.

FIN
FIN-01
Links, buttons, focus rings, the airflow gradient and every blue tone set in every drawing.
FIN-02
Grounds, hairlines, the grey and steel tone sets, the sheet a card is printed on, and the lead, at a tenth of the chroma.
The key cube, drawn from the same projection as the hero. Its faces are the live tone set, so it is a reading of the sheet, not a picture of one.
